wrewards Terms and Conditions – Rules That Apply to All Players in Pakistan

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wrewards ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the wrewards website located at wrewards.bet and all related services offered through it.

By accessing wrewards — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, place a bet, or interact with any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside the wrewards Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wrewards. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

The wrewards platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. wrewards takes underage gambling extremely seriously and uses age verification procedures at registration and at the time of the first withdrawal request.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm that:

• You are accessing the platform entirely of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or organisation when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a wrewards employee in a role with access to platform data or odds-setting functions.

wrewards reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age, identity, and payment method ownership. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on wrewards at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details or different ones — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

When registering your wrewards account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a unique email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly by contacting wrewards support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wrewards login credentials — username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. wrewards will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wrewards support immediately at support@wrewards.bet. wrewards will suspend the account temporarily pending investigation and work with you to restore secure access.

Account Verification

wrewards may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal above a threshold amount, or at any time the platform deems a review necessary. KYC verification is a standard industry practice for licensed gaming platforms and protects both the player and the platform from fraud and identity theft.

04 Deposits

wrewards accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR — there is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit process. The payment methods currently accepted for deposits at wrewards are:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer, processed within 60 seconds
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer, processed within 60 seconds
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• Bank IBFT — Interbank Fund Transfer via standard Pakistani banking channels
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on wrewards is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger an additional verification step for security purposes.

wrewards does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits received from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned after deducting any applicable transfer fees.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on wrewards are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements outlined in Section 3. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for standard players and Rs 200 for VIP Gold members and above.

Standard withdrawal processing times at wrewards are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 10 minutes from approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 30 minutes from approval
• Bank IBFT: 1–4 business hours from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days from approval
• VIP Platinum / Diamond Elite: Under 5 minutes (all mobile wallet methods)

wrewards does not charge any fee for processing withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the player and are not within wrewards' control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with satisfactory KYC documentation.
• If a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be completed in full before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The real-money balance (non-bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering, after meeting wagering requirements, can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

These Terms provide the overarching rules that apply to all bonuses on wrewards.

General Bonus Rules

• One bonus may be active in your account at any given time. You cannot claim a new deposit bonus while a previous one is still pending wagering completion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagering. Bonus funds are used after the real-money balance reaches zero.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on wrewards is 25x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering on different game types contributes to the requirement at different rates. Live casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat) contribute at 100%. Sports betting contributes at 100%. Promotional bets and void bets contribute at 0%.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited unless the promotion page states a different period. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the account at the end of this period.
• wrewards reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse or system error.

07 Gameplay Rules

wrewards offers live dealer casino games, sports betting (including live cricket betting), and other gaming products. Each game and betting product is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant section page of the wrewards website. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, those individual game rules.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games on wrewards — including Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, and Blackjack — use physical equipment (cards, wheels) operated by professional dealers in a live studio environment. The outcome of each game round is determined by the physical game, not by any software algorithm. By participating, you accept that all game outcomes are final once the round is completed and that no disputes regarding the physical outcome of a completed round will be entertained after the fact.

Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on wrewards are set and updated by the platform's odds team. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. Live in-play betting odds update in real time and the rate of those changes is outside the control of individual players.

wrewards reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — including pricing errors where odds were clearly and significantly incorrect relative to the true market — provided that the player had not yet been paid out on the bet at the time of the decision to void.

08 VIP Club

wrewards operates a VIP Club programme with five membership tiers: Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Elite. Progression through tiers is automatic and based on cumulative real-money wagering on the platform. There are no applications required and no monthly resets — your tier status is permanent until a higher tier is reached.

VIP Club benefits include weekly PKR cashback, monthly reload bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits, and dedicated account management for Gold tier and above. The specific benefit values at each tier are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated periodically. Changes to benefit values will be communicated via the platform and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

wrewards reserves the right to review and adjust a player's VIP tier if evidence of wagering that does not reflect genuine gaming intent is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, matched betting across multiple accounts, systematic round-tripping of funds, or other activity designed to accumulate tier points without normal gaming risk.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wrewards and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any combination of identity details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through standard manual user interaction.
• Attempting to access, modify, or exploit the wrewards platform software, databases, or APIs in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering — using the platform to process or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Colluding with other players or with wrewards employees to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, including stolen or unauthorised cards or mobile wallets.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform to place bets or claim winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

wrewards reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct (as outlined in Section 9), or any activity that puts the platform, other players, or third parties at risk.
• Regulatory requirement — if wrewards is instructed by a competent authority to suspend or close accounts.
• At the player's own request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting support@wrewards.bet.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, all pending bonuses are void and forfeited. The treatment of any remaining real-money balance will depend on the circumstances of the closure — in cases of fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation. In standard closures at the player's request, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the wrewards platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of wrewards or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wrewards platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from wrewards without prior written permission.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wrewards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunities due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform maintenance periods.

wrewards makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. wrewards is not responsible for losses incurred during any unplanned downtime or connectivity interruption.

wrewards' total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wrewards reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wrewards will notify registered players via a platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification is issued unless a shorter period is required by regulatory or legal obligation.

Continued use of the wrewards platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of your remaining PKR balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which wrewards is licensed and operates. Players in Pakistan access wrewards subject to their local laws and regulations and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a player and wrewards that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process as specified in wrewards' licensing terms. wrewards is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player complaints.
